"The water heater in my apartment was rusted, leaking and flooded my carpet. Eric came out to replace it and was EXTREMELY professional. The first water heater he brought was too big to fit into the space so he had to call to find a replacement and go all the way back to pick up a different one. Once he got it in he noticed there were no copper connections to connect to, it was only PVC piping. He had to leave again and go back to get the correct parts. A job that probably should have been a couple hours ended up lasting almost 7 hrs. Eric never complained, he explained everything in detail and was professional and lighthearted despite all the setbacks. You all hit the jackpot with him as an employee! Thank you for everything Eric! 😊"

"My room mates and I have had trouble with clearing out a clog in our kitchen sink pipe for several months. Both myself and several other people have tried every option we could think of to get rid of the clog, all of which were ineffective, and Snake 'n' Rooter was able to take care of it! Eric was incredibly nice, did an amazing job and was able to come in and fix the issue within half an hour!"

"Tech 406 did such a great job fixing my clogged drain. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself, was thorough, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated that they were able to come a day earlier than they scheduled despite the weather. Only thing that could make the experience better is if they were able to narrow down times with their scheduling, however I do understand their reasoning for scheduling the way they do.

Tech 407 just came out to do the sane job and also was great! The repeat issue is not their fault at all (rental property) but each time i get the same fantastic service. This guy even sprayed and cleaned my walls with disinfectant. I’m so grateful for their help!"

"Excellent service! I rarely write reviews but James 406 was very polite, respectful and provided great service! I thought I was getting service in the am to fix my clogged basement drain that ended up flooding my basement but someone cancelled so he was able to come out right away. He showed up promptly and fixed my drain and even did a good job cleaning up after himself in what seemed like no time! I definitely recommend James and this company!"

"Two days before Christmas guests were to arrive, our toilets' flushes became sluggish. Not good! So we immediately called Snake N Rooter (since we had used them before). A technician came out promptly, cleared tree roots from 100 feet of our sewer line, and gave good advice for preventing future root problems (advice to save us money in the future). He was a very likeable and professional technician. The following week I needed to call customer service about a discrepancy on our bill (time billed). She was also very professional and took care of the problem immediately by refunding the amount of the discrepancy. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service that we have received from Snake N Rooter, and I highly recommend them."
